- Please ensure that hotel check-in is completed before our setup. If not, we kindly request that you include the name of your decorator, Alexis Johnson, in your reservation to grant them access to the designated room.
- To ensure the completion of decorations, please plan to check in 2 hours after the hotel's standard check-in time.
- We do not arrange hotel room reservations for clients.
- Kindly make your booking at least 2 weeks in advance.
- Any last-minute bookings will incur an additional fee.
